Regarding repair requests immediately after purchasing the product (within 2 weeks)

The actual cost will be borne by the customer.

    1.Send a picture of the damaged item and the details of the damage (a general description is fine), and send a request for repair to the email address listed in the note enclosed with the product, the "Contact Us" section on the website, or the DM on Instagram. Please let us know your request.
    2.We will check the damage and consider whether it is possible to repair it. If a repair fee is required, we will also notify you of the estimated cost of the repair.
    3. To accept repair, please mail the damaged product (including any separated parts) to the specified address.
    5.After the repair is completed, we will send you an image of the repaired item. After confirmation, you will pay for the repair (please purchase the repaired item from our online shop), and then we will ship it to you.
