We can polish brass and silver and tighten earrings at home (see: How to put on and take off earrings, storage, and maintenance ), but we can also do maintenance for you if you wish. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and packaging materials.

Jewelry is very delicate. It is susceptible to impact, friction, pressure, etc., and pulling too hard may cause damage. Please handle with care.
If you store or carry it with other jewelry, the coating may peel off or parts may come off due to rubbing.
We manufacture our products to maintain their condition as much as possible at the time of purchase, but prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or discoloration (yellowing) over time may occur. Therefore, after use, we recommend wiping off sweat and dirt with a soft cloth and storing the product in a dark place.
Metal products are prone to tarnishing when exposed to air, so it is recommended to store them in a zip bag or similar after cleaning.
After purchase, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please ask in advance if you have any concerns.
