At cuff-if, we accept repairs, exchanges, and lost item responses to ensure that you can cherish the products you purchased for a long time.

Repair requests within two weeks of purchase
We pay close attention to the strength of our products, but in the unlikely event that there is damage within the normal usage range shortly after purchase (within two weeks), we will accept repairs free of charge.

Repair requests after that
The customer will be responsible for the actual cost and round-trip shipping fees.
※In particular, if the degree of damage is significant (such as damage that seems irreparable, loss of parts that are difficult to secure again like natural stones or vintage parts), we may not be able to provide the above repair services. Thank you for your understanding.

    About accepting repairs
    1. Please contact us via the contact form, the email address on the notice included with the product, or Instagram DM, clearly stating the condition of the damaged item or images of it.
    2. We will inform you of the estimated cost.
    3. In the case of repairs, please send the damaged product (including any separated parts) to the specified address.
    4. We will contact you again after starting and completing the repair.
    5. Please pay the repair fee via the online shop. We will ship the repaired item after payment is completed.
