 About Shipping

Q. Please tell me about the shipping fee.

A. Standard delivery in Japan is, Nationwide uniform price: ¥185 JPY (free shipping for purchases over 9,000 yen), shipped via Click Post (with tracking and delivered to mailbox). Please note that it is not possible to specify a time.
For overseas shipments, we usually ship by international mail e-packet/EMS. Shipping charges vary depending on the country/region.

About repairs

Q. It's damaged. Can it be repaired?
A. We accept repairs and alterations for damaged items. For details, please see Aftercare / Repairs / Maintenance  .

 

About the product

Q. Can you do gift wrapping?
A. At cuff-if, all of our products are packaged in boxes or packages, so they can be sent as gifts. Also,We have gift wrapping kits available for an additional fee. For details, please see Gift Wrapping Kits .

 

Q. I have a metal allergy. Is it possible to replace the metal parts?
A. Basically, the metal fittings for earrings are made of surgical stainless steel (medical grade stainless steel) that does not easily cause allergies, and the metal fittings for earrings are Japanese-made brass with nickel-free 18-karat gold plating/rhodium coating.

If you are still concerned about allergies, it may be possible to change the metal fittings for some products. Please feel free to contact us with the desired product name and material.

Q. Are there any plans to restock sold-out items?
A. Some items can be remanufactured, please contact us using the contact form. Please note that products that are marked as "one-of-a-kind" on the product page cannot be resold.

 

Q. Do you have a physical store?
A. We do not have a physical store. Sales are only available at online shops, Pinkoi, and POP UP stores.

About returns

Q. Can I return or get a refund for the purchased item?
A. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns due to customer circumstances.
Returns and exchanges due to initial defects or product defects will be handled after confirming the purchase history and the defective location.

Q. Please tell me the payment methods

Transfers can be made at FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, and Daily Yamazaki stores in Japan.

After completing your order, you will be redirected to "Convenience Store Payment - KOMOJU" for safe payment. Please follow the payment instructions on the screen.

 

Please make payment within 3 days from the date of purchase. The item will be shipped after payment confirmation has been obtained.

※The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

  Mobile payment (Paypay, LINE Pay)

When accessing the online shop with a smartphone

Please make payment within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The product will be delivered after confirming the payment to the designated account. Even if the transfer procedure is completed, if the funds are not deposited into the designated account due to financial institution closures, etc., confirmation will be made on the next business day. note that.
