What I wanted to do most with this renewal was to improve operability and visibility.
With this renewal, you can now select the one-of-a-kind earrings/pierced metal fittings.
Up until now, we have been able to select metal fittings for earrings/earrings for one-of-a-kind items.
After purchasing, we sometimes receive emails such as "I forgot to add a comment, so please change the metal fittings to 〇〇".
If the metal fittings of the repeat customer were different from usual (such as earrings that were usually earrings, but this time it was earrings), I would ask the shop if it was correct.
Some customers say, "I forgot," while others say, "This time it's a present, so it's different than usual."
I think that the burden on customers has decreased with this renewal.
