Shipping / Delivery Charges
　We will ship within 7 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Domestic Shipping in Japan
🇯🇵Flat rate: 185 yen (Free shipping for purchases over 9,000 yen) / Shipped via Click Post (tracking available, delivery to mailbox, no time specification).

In principle, shipping will be via Click Post. For other shipping methods, we will use the method specified by our company, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose.

International Shipping

Basically, shipping will be via EMS. Delivery will generally take 1-2 weeks.

For other countries and regions, free shipping is available for purchases over a certain amount. Please check the amount displayed on the order confirmation screen for shipping costs.

Due to reasons such as weather and postal conditions, it may take up to about 4 weeks.
Our company is not responsible for any accidents such as damage or loss during transportation. Thank you for your understanding. 
 

Taxes on International Shipping
When shipping outside of Japan, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, etc. may be charged. Please note that customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

Our company ships all international transactions on a DDU* basis. Since the presence or absence of taxes and the tax amount are determined by the relevant customs and cannot be predicted in advance, we do not require payment in advance at the time of product settlement.
