Shipping methods, shipping fees, and customs duties
・We ship all orders under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU; duties unpaid) terms.
・When shipping outside Japan, customs duties, consumption tax (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees charged by the shipping company may be billed upon delivery in accordance with the laws of the destination country or region, separately from the product price and shipping fee. Principle, orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service). Delivery generally takes approximately 1–2 weeks.
