Returns and Exchanges
Refunds are generally not possible except in the following cases due to the nature of the product.
If a different item from the one purchased arrives
In case of defects, defective products, damages (including damages during delivery) of the product
If there is a discrepancy between the content of the product page and the actual product
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following items.
・Products that have been used (for hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges after trying on earrings are not allowed)
Product that has been more than 14 days since arrival
Product without packaging or accessories
Products that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession
We will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc.
*If customs duties are incurred in cross-border transactions, they will be borne by the recipient, the purchaser.
